A Language Beginning With P:

PASHTO - پښتو
Pashto is spoken by around 45 - 55 million people as an official language in Afghanistan, and is a recognised language in Pakistan. It is also commonly found in Iran, Tajikistan and in parts of India. The writing they use is Arabic script, and is written and read from right to left.

I can't explain much more without digressing to grammar. Read up more, yes?

  1. What a great theme! Afganistan has a very pretty written language although some of the letters are very samey looking. I wonder if that makes it more difficult to learn.
