Don't worry, I'm not going to suddenly stop blogging! It just means I've been struggling for something to say. This week's just been so tiring for me. So, Exeter College still hasn't got back to me, so I'm not gonna get back in this year. So I'm going to spend three days a week in HospiceCare, and three days in the local African shop, volunteering. It gets me out doing something, helping other people, and it looks good on a CV.
Today was my first day at HospiceCare today. It was very slow compared to the Oxfam in Hastings, but quite a bit tidier! I labelled a bit of stock, researched a few bits, and bought in some of my cleared out toys. I should be getting a name badge on Monday! Oooh, get me! Sadly, I can't work the till until I'm 18, but that's now officially less than three months away!
As for the rest of my time, I've been tidying my room for most of it. Or playing the Zoo on my Grandpa's touchy pad! It's definitely good to be back in Devon. I'm glad I went to Hastings, but I'm glad to be back in Sidmouth! Still not feeling festive yet though...
Hello! I'm eighteen, I live in England, and I'm a vegetarian. No matter how hard I try, my life never seems to run smoothly! My life consists mainly of college, languages and music, and I want to be a translator for the United Nations. It's my dream to live in a city called Espoo, in the south of Finland. I've finally got my education back on the right track. Hopefully it'll be third time lucky, yes?
